Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback singer and musician, who is predominantly in Tamil and Malayalam film productions in the language. Her debut as an actress was the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam which was followed by her Malayalam d but with Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah is an Anglo-Indian born in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father works as an attorney in the Madras High Court. She has a younger sister who works in Leuven Belgium as researcher assistant. Jeremiah has a family in the vicinity of Chennai she attended National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea is a young girl who started in piano class at eight years old, was identified as the definition of a "geek" and wanted to be a psychiatrist until she passed her 12th grade examination. She performed in The Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars in the age of 10. This ensemble shaped the foundation for her music and singing career. She also was a theatre artist in her college as well as appearing in various performances staged through The Madras Players and EVAM. She served as the president of the Student Senate at Women's Christian College. Andrea's career in theatre began with the Girishkarnad Nagamandala. In 2006 she played in a new leo advertisement alongside actor Shiva. Also, she was a part of an episode that was retransmitted on Podhigai channel. She has performed roles in India. Her role was minor in the Kanda Mudhal finale (2005). After performing a number of songs in Gautham Vasudev's Vettaiyaadu she was asked to appear the main female characters in his upcoming project Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea appears as Kalyani which is a wife and mother whose man loves her. Andrea won the role of Kalyani when Simran Shobana Tabu and other actresses were offered the chance to audition. It was released early in 2010. In 2011 she agreed to take on a minor part that was released early in the year. Venkat Prabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha that was released in August of the year 2011. Annayum Rasoolum was a romantic film made by Rajeeev Rath that was released in 2013, marked the actress's Malayalam debut.
